Good location, hybrid and open to flexible working, good benefits.

Cons

Used to be fantastic but going downhill since globalisation. Regional boss most unmotivating guy ever and completely out of touch, just like all the new directors and senior management. Rushing change is making the company fail. Not treating loyal hardworking staff fairly in terms of opportunities and pay in favour of shiny new things and people.
