Pros

I work at Neogen Europe in Ayr, Scotland and I am very happy here. Management are supportive and take a genuine interest in the well-being of all staff. Even in the current climate of economic uncertainty the company continues to grow and I am safe in the knowledge that I have a secure job with a stable company. The pay is competitive and we are fortunate to work relatively normal business hours Monday to Friday which is becoming uncommon in this industry. The company offers good benefits and the annual leave increases each year which recognises loyal staff. The culture is great and i am lucky to work with some really talented and friendly people.

Cons

Like any job there are times when it is stressful but I find this motivating. Hard work is always recognised.

Not too stressful environment, get finished promptly at the end of the day

Cons

Poor salary, no clear progression path, annual review has no effect on annual pay raise. Some management members stuck in their ways and hinder progress.
