Working at Neogen has been great. The company genuinely cares about their patients and goes above and beyond to provide excellent care and service. One of the standout aspects is the CRO team, which is incredibly efficient at handling communication with physicians and scheduling, making our workflows so much smoother. I’ve been with the company for many years, and it has truly changed for the better over time. Management is supportive, approachable, and truly invested in both the employees and the company’s growth. The flexibility in scheduling has been a huge benefit, allowing for a great work-life balance, and the caseload is very reasonable. Beyond that, the team I work with is fantastic—everyone is collaborative, kind, and truly cares about their work. Overall, would recommend employment with them
