      Great first job, needs some work

      Pros

      The management for my position has great communication, benefits are pretty typical, location is great and the facility is well taken care of.

      Cons

      The culture needs some work - many people use this place as their first job and there are constant talks of people wanting to leave. Organization of day to day work is lacking and was chaotic some days.

      Pros

      Nice people to work with in office, Rural setting. If you have a good team that will help you train on day to day tasks and it’s easy to get work done then Interesting job and good way to make contacts Good work life balance

      Cons

      Management. It’s toxic. Reviews of your preformance. Never correctly done, like a revolving door with staff at times. Just a number to them not a person. Some bullies among the managers which need social skills. Little room for promotion
