Hight turnover rate. Horrible management. The guy that use to be supervisor was excellent. Cared about every single employee and want to get to know and understand us. The new guy is bad. We went from being people that was cared for and got turned into just a number. Manager has no idea of what she is doing or whats going on. Pay isn't good for what we do. Good starter job but just get experience and move on. Won't be here much longer.

They used to be a great place to work until we went corporate. Before that we were treated well for our job performance. The turnover in our department was relatively low, usually because of better opportunities elsewhere. However, once the new accounting manager was hired, people started dropping like flies. It was ok with HR if we were talked down to, lied to, yelled at (literally). Don’t even bother to go to HR-they do not care about the employees. Gives Human Resources a whole new meaning. “Pillars of Trust” is a unfunny joke. There is always too much to do and not enough employees to do it. I don’t mind working hard and keeping busy, but we were continually hampered by spreadsheets and pivot tables instead of actually doing the job. The stress was over the top.
