      Sales Directors are dead weight\old. Holding company back. Not forward thinking..not all but most.

      Pros

      Making great acquisitions in food safety industry. Great people but hire young with no experience and do not mentor them properly. Need to develop people but pay is poor so get people who are still figuring out what they want to be when they grow up. They end up leaving or company fails sales goals because they don't know how to develop people.

      Cons

      Slow to keep up with all their markets. Want direct vs distribution??? Why..who does this today in biz world when you are a manufacturer? Foreign mkts yes but U.S. no??? Why?

      Pros

      Great workers, not the managers. Holidays are ok. Lack of communication. They're always right, and you're always wrong Neogen is for sycophants.

      Cons

      Horrendous management. Favortism is big role in this company. Church clan get better pay. Maintenance don't know what to do. Lack of communication. Pay is horrible.

      Great coworkers. Everyone gets along well and they tend to go out together

      Cons

      Bad management, poor communication, and low pay are just some of the things that are wrong with this place. Managers favor employees. The company is expanding but only laterally; there are very little opportunities to move up in a career path and even then the pay is still mind boggling low.
