      Pros

      Nice scenery and wooded area for nice lunch time walks.

      Cons

      This company has a record of endorsing a bully culture where if your face does not fit within working there for 2 years they will remove you without a fight or reason or even notice. The company has an article on the Herald for unfair dismissal, where the individual won, this also has happened twice two years after this in neighboring departments. If you are happy to work with insecure, unqualified and self destructive individuals and are OK with a bully culture, then Neogen is a fantastic opportunity for you.
