Pros
Coworkers are great and make the job enjoyable. Reasonably priced health insurance, vision, and dental. Company good stepping stone to get experience.
Cons
Poor pay for industry standards. Hard to move up in the company, easy for lateral moves. 50 hour week overtime some weeks with no advance warning. Required to use PTO if you cannot work overtime. Point system for tardies. No override for points if for valid reason for being late (ie: traffic jam, train crossing, flooded streets, protests blocking streets) Company does not value employees and will fire, then rehire at cheaper salary. CEO cancelling events that made employees feel like their hard work was worth it and appreciated.
