Lots of pot lucks, random food, and general friendliness The work in Data Services is challenging and variable. Health and Dental benefits are fantastic 401k matching up to 5% Annual cost of living raises Clear career paths for each department allow for easier upward movement

The pay is below average for the industry Some systematic issues get frustrating over the years If you stay more than 5 years it starts to feel like a revolving door of coworkers with the bigger turn over
