Good company, benefits, etc., nice place to learn a lot in a short amount of time since the team in test engineering is quite small, requiring a lot of individualized projects (little to no team work involved)

Cons

Downside of working in a small department, in this case, is that it should be larger to compensate for all the work on current projects + maintenance and troubleshooting of systems already deployed to the factory floor.
