Pros

Opportunity to learn new technology if you are in an engineering discipline.

Cons

Was once a close knit and family oriented company. No longer. The company has purged so many talented people, and the work environment has become toxic for most salaried employees that remain. No one feels safe, everyone is overworked, there is intense frustration due to the loss of talent and associated knowledge, and management all the way up to the top does not care the least about employee morale.

Pros

Ability to move around, promote up if you meet criteria. The people are extremely helpful in all aspects relating to the job you perform.

Cons

Some of the older people have forgotten how blessed they are to have a great job. Hard sometimes to get them to do what actually benefits the company more than themselves.

Co-oping at this location can give you actual experience in very interesting projects as opposed to just giving you a corner office and asking you to get the boss coffee.

Cons

Location is pretty rough. It's in the middle of nowhere with like 2 non-fast food lunch options.
