      The benefits are amazing. There is an on-site care here facility that with company insurance is free of charge to use . The company is family based and cares about their employees.

      Pros

      Easier commute. Work and Life balance is no issue. Management listens to ideas and allows you to provide feedback and/or innovation to processes. Friendly team and dedicated to contribute to the success of the company.

      Cons

      In my short time with Neptune, I don't have any cons yet, and hopefully none.

      Pros

      Neptune is a wonderful place to work. I've worked here for less than a year and I'm grateful to be part of such a great team and organization. Leadership is welcoming and supportive of their employees. They take time to listen, give feedback, share vision and results. Benefits are great and pay is at or above market.

      Cons

      There is a disconnect between offices as far as process, procedure, and policy, but understand leadership is working to unify the teams and culture.
