Pros

The don't offer sick time, but they've been really good about working with you when you do need to go to the doctor or are sick.

Cons

Unless you're on the manufacturing side, there is generally no room for growth. It's a small town and a lot of people here have been in the same position for years. Their raises are below average too.

They are willing to help you, just ask. We work in the public so we meet lots of interesting people. My skills grown quickly. Neptune provides all you need for the job.

Cons

They are not always well organized. The training is insufficient. There is a lack of communication between employer and employees.
