Pros
Everyone is really nice. You never feel that anyone is "out to get you". Everyone is really laid back and are willing to work with you. Really want to help the customer.
Cons
Management sometimes doesn't "get it". It seems that management chases their tail more than a dog would. Almost a "flavor of the week" type of plan. Yeah they want to "reduce costs and improve products" but new development is terrible in figuring out what they want to do. If a customer says "we would like to see this in your product." Then by all means that is the #1 item to be shoved into the product. Forgetting that they have 20 other requests that might be more important than what was just asked for. The other extreme is would be someone complain over and over about a problem and then largely ignoring it because "we are following a trend".
