      Pros

      Can work online and make my personal schedule. I also like the salary rate as it is higher than in similar tutoring web-sites. The HR department is very helpful and willing to solve any problem.

      Cons

      I wish they had an office in Chicago. so that I could go there to work from time to time, but that's the only disadvantage to mention.

      Pros

      Nice rates, friendly atmosphere.I like working here very much. My PM is great, my department is great. Sometimes I need to work overtime during the high season but I get extra for that so I don't complain.

      Cons

      I think we need more people to cover high season needs.

      Pros

      Started as a part-time tutor, I shifted to full-time after graduation. People are really nice, the salary is higher than the market average and the office super-comfortable.

      Cons

      From time to time I have too much on the plate and work overtime. It's paid off, though.
