Leadership team is transparent and accessible. The culture is fast-paced but supportive. People are smart and always willing to help each other. There’s a clear focus on customer value, which makes the work feel meaningful.

Like most high-growth companies, things move quickly, but this can be an exciting challenge rather than a downside

Cons

Nerdio got $500m in funding and recently surpassed $100m in ARR. They essentially forced all of the employees to brag out it on LinkedIn. Then they proceeded to conduct mass layoffs with no real explanation. Greedy greedy founders that did it do make a quick buck.
