Pros

- Pay was not bad - Benefits that the company provided are great - Medical, Dental insurance was cheap - Free coffee and machines

Cons

- The management here is so toxic that it is not funny - Favoritism plays such a huge part here, that if you don't play politics or become a "spy' for the managers to snoop on other employees, then expect to be micromanaged and treated worse to the point where you want to quit - Do not expect HR to take any of your complaints seriously. Any issue regarding management will be swept under the rug

Pros

Benefits that include coffee credit, good discounts, lifestyle spending account, good insurance options. Good coffee education.

Cons

Awful Management, no employee protection with volatile customers, retail hours, discrimination against mental illness/disabilities, non-inclusive environment, if they don't like you personally they'll try to find things to fire you for and keep you under a microscope until you feel like you're backed into a corner and have to quit.

Hello, Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. First, I want to start by saying that Nespresso values the contribution each employee makes to the overall culture of our organization and is committed to providing an environment free of discrimination or harassment. We have anti-discrimination and harassment policies in place and regularly train our employees on these topics and invest a great deal in our leaders, teams, and organization to foster the right caring culture where people respect, help, and inspire each other to succeed. There is always value in continually training and developing our people, particularly managers. We offer an abundance of trainings and re-trainings including learning and development geared specifically to people leaders to manage effectively and empathetically. At Nespresso, we offer flexible scheduling as a way to actively promote and implement ways of working to better support work-life balance. When used effectively, this flexible scheduling allows employees to manage their time in office and at home as it best suits them and their teams. We appreciate you also taking the time to highlight the positive aspects of our benefits package, as well as the recognition of the coffee education for our employees. We would welcome hearing more specifics from you. With your additional comments, we can look further into what you raise. Please, reach out to your former local HR or management team. Wishing you well in your new endeavors. Thank you.
