Pros

Bonuses, healthy work environment, you’re not expected to do anything that isn’t in your work description. And you get paid above minimum wage for a fairly easy retail job

Cons

A lot of information to learn and you have to learn fast but there is online training programs available to help you with this

Good bonuses including free coffee, free coffee machines and some cash incentives.

Cons

Poor people management, negative treatment by individual staff members, and no culture or environment that made you feel you could reach out to HR.
