Pros

Free coffee. Sometimes nice customers. Nice environment. Bonus. Some staff very friendly.

Cons

Some of the staff are not commited so relay on you to do everything. Head office staff don´t care if the company is under staff. Cutomers complain more and more.

Very outdated computer system Lack of commication between departments Quarterly bonus used to be very achievable but recently have been made much harder

Pros

Good pay, good benefits, free coffee, room for growth, and your uniform is supplied by the company. You also get extensive training on product knowledge and customer service.

Cons

Sometimes management isn't on the same page. Also the company will ask you to put them first, including above your family.
