Pros

It's a flat company which is very good to quickly earn responsibilities. People are really passionate about their brand and the atmosphere is really nice. Great salary package for FMCG and a good work/private life balance. Lot of local or international opportunities within the Nestlé group.

Cons

HQ driven company, for some projects you depend on Switzerland. Since it's a flat company, you must be open to horizontal moves. Great brand but the digital tools used are sometimes outdated.

Pros

*Great coffee ! The brand is trying to be ecologically friendly (pragmatically speaking to a fault) * pay is decent. *Management is friendly (when you see them ) *you work with great retailers *Cool uniform concept

Cons

*dont see management more than 1 per month *nespresso needs to sell capsules at demos *as above *listen to your demonstrators we are selling coffee - and machines but more people would buy your coffee if you didnt horde it so greedily *ppl dont want to sign up in store dont make them *PoS =means point of sale I have no cash register and i take no money MY DEMO TOTEM is not a PoS . *machines are not promoted regularly enough *the competition "you know who im talking about " has better interaction with clients then we get because we have to dissuade them to go somewhere else/do something else to get our product which sends them to the competition *40 hours a month sucks
