Pros

Positive attitude and approach to business. Trying to develop a 'one team' attitude in the business with people working for each other. Very well thought of and extremely popular brand! Good remuneration package.

Cons

Directed by HQ on almost all aspects of the business, very little movement for local bespoke activity, several people who have been in the business for a very long time who dont appear to be going anywhere or open to change.

Pros

Great hours; get to email monthly availability then hours get selected from that list. Store associates are friendly and easy to work with and the hours are easy to submit on the computer.

Cons

None that I can think of. The work environment is good! The pay is good! The hours are good! The customers are great! What can be better than getting paid to drink coffee and talk for 6 hours straight

Pros

Great benefits, great products, travel reimbursement, uniform cleaning, fun work environment, always something new launching

Cons

The managers, cronyism, nepotism, sexism, racism, your enthusiasm for the company will be sucked right out of you by someone not on your level but wants to give you a "life lesson".
