Pros

IF YOU ARE A FRIENDS, RELATIVE OR A FAVORITE OF SENIOR MGMT YOU CAN LOG IN FROM HOME AND NEVER BE REQUIRED TO COME TO WORK. THERE ARE PEOPLE IN quality assurance mgmt that are not managers but have inflated titles and they never come to the office but still get a paycheck. senior manners expect employees to come to work but they do not expect their own staff to show their face at the office

Cons

excessive micromanagement and nepotism bigotry, no cultural diversity. the only good reviews on this site are posted by managers at nespresso who are doing damage control. human resources themselves support retaliation

Pros

-good initial base salary -get shots of espresso when tired -interesting training- you get to learn all about the coffee industry, machines, sales approach -I took this job right out of college and it was a pretty good start. I honestly wanted to do marketing so it wasn't the best but if you are starting out in the hospitality, food/beverage, retail/ retail management/ customer service or sales industry this is a good job.

Cons

-Although the company pays for dry cleaning, you have to wear lame black suits -They only have room for a few full time employees so you may only work 30 hours a week -They use a hiring company and although bonuses and 401k are provided, they base these on when you were actually hired as a Nestle employee. I worked really hard and suffered because they were slow with my conversion to a permanent employee. -It does get old working in a mall and standing around when its slow however, if you have the drive to learn, materials are available for you to take advantage of.
