Pros

Nothing to talk about. They are like any other body shopping units around, but who doesn't allow a say on the money you make.

Cons

1. Ness doesn't have any clients of its own. They expect you to find one yourself like many of the body shops around. But the salary will be decided by them. 2. No salary hikes even after years of service. Whatever salary you negotiate at the beginning will be your salary for your entire career with them. 3. No one responds for any of your calls/ mails. 4. They trap people who are in need of green cards. Then apply GC's and treat employers as bonded laborers. 5. If you ask for hikes. they would give you weird reasons. 6. NO growth prospects. 7. You are valued as long as you are on billing, but will be dis-respected if you are on bench.

Pros

No reason to work for this company. You will regret after joining.

Cons

They are very unprofessional people in the management. They will change the offer letter compnesation once you joined them after giving some reason. And you will not be in position to defend as they threaten you to fire. They will do all this over a phone conversation so that there is no record. Management is really sick. After this you will start looking for a new opty and when you resigned them they won't release you smoothly. You will not get your final settlement.
