I have joined Ness Digital Engineering couple of years back and the new initiatives taken so far are very much aligned keeping in mind innovation, ideation and growth in digital engineering space. Employee salary were matched to the latest trend in market and increments were provided accordingly, What a great way to retain talents. People are very happy with this initiative. Certification and training programs on cloud, full stack development, testing one of the key areas for employees to grow technically and opportunity to work in latest technologies like AI.ML/Cloud/Angular etc. keeps people motivated. Industrywise bifurcation of BUs provides focus on specific domain and build COEs for specific industry. Most importantly, great work life balance, people friendly environment, initiatives taken by HR, specific focus of HR per BU, makes it a better company to work with for long term career in mind. Overall I would prefer to work long term with Ness.

Pay on time! HR is pretty decent too. Distributed team makes it harder to socialize. But as long as you for your work, all is well
