      Good Place, execellent HR attention to the needs always.

      Cons

      If you looking for career growth then Ness USA is not a place. Company will not bother till you are billable and you receive on time salary checks. No increaments and you need to demand for bonus even though Client gives excellent performance comments.

      Pros

      Friendly culture between employees and management,also the work load is not too high and if you need a laid back life without much importance to high growth then this is an ok place.

      Cons

      The growth opportunities are few, the employees are treated not according to the level of competency but because of their closeness to management.In short a political atmosphere.
