      Work life balance is very good Not many restrictions Expectations are very low and also staff quality Like many other consulting companies employees does not have to stoop much before the clients

      Cons

      Salary depends on your arm twisting skills Upper management though knows about politics keep mum You cannot believe any thing told by management Have no plans to grow people or give them new skills No useful feedback is given to people.
