Pros

Friendly HR policies, good health insurance policies, good entry level packages competant with the market, flexible work timings, some EDC's are long lasting.

Cons

1. Its almost impossible to get placed in another project when you are on billing with a particular client. 2. No vertical growth. Its difficult to get promoted. Only people with good buttering skills can get promoted. 3. Incapable senior management. 4. If the project closes down suddenly, you are most likely to get laid off.

Pros

They work with many MNCs and adopt their work culture

Cons

Management sucks. They are not empowered to make their own decision. They treat all employees as a school children. They send out nasty email asking employeed to sign in attendance.
