      Pros

      Diversity, many technologies, changes, interesting. Technologies chane, new opportunities which require learning and new approaches, the need to excel - all these create a dynamic environment.

      Cons

      Salary is not rewarding. Management not tecnology advanced. Management is "cold", though HR is trying to make their best.

      Pros

      Flexible, relaxed environment, gives you time to focus on other activities, the management is not connected to the work force in professional issues, however usually the managers tend to go towards the needs of individuals. It is an easy going workplace where you have to really do something wrong in order to get fired. So if you want some place to start when you have no experience or you have some personal issues to attend to in the next few years: come to Ness!

      Cons

      Bad salaries, the company hires many nonprofesional peers, there is low moral throughout the entire company's workforce. It is widely known that salaries at Ness Technologies are relatively low in comparison to the entire software industry.

      Pros

      Infrastructure is good and calm.

      Cons

      HR policies and the working environment is dictated by the EDC client. The benefits are not up to the mark. Some of the benefits like gym are restricted to few locations. They also charge monthly for using the gym services. There is no proper coffee/tea for the employees which I feel is very basic in any IT organization.
