Everything is con. They hire freshers for very minimum salary and ask to sign bond for 2.5 years. In these 2.5 years there will be no hike and they know you can't leave since you are in bond as well as you are a fresher and you will need relieving letter. But they use you for any kind of work and bill their client like anything. Fresher is main source of income for these ppl.

The employee is valued for his contribution only verbally. The hike they give during appraisals is not upto the mark. Even though policies are good, the HR people are hard to approach. The employee is driven towards technologies that the client wants, even if the employee was recruited for another role / technology. The employees are required to sign bonds for various reasons like training, on site opportunities etc.
