Frustrating and disappointing

Pros

Only reason to work here is the money (which is still less than I made at my last two jobs)

Cons

I have worked some really bad jobs in my life but Ness takes the cake. Disorganized, unengaged, disinterested management. No concrete plans or strategies for anything - and you’ll be ignored if you try to make some. People are more cliquey than a school cafeteria. If you’re not in their circle, good luck trying to get them to work on a project with you. A great place to “work” if you want to fly under the radar and do nothing. I’ve never been met with so much resistance to try to do the job I was hired for.

AVOID at all Costs

Pros

The only pros about this company is how it was pre-2023. Since then it has quickly gone downhill

Cons

Run away from this place as fast as you can. I did not listen to these reviews before starting and ended up wasting over a year of my life. Do not work here. Very low pay for the industry, you simply can’t afford to pay bills/rent comfortably. Micromanaging becomes draining and some of the factors are out of your control.

Pros

The company offers a truly supportive and inclusive culture with strong leadership and excellent work-life balance. Flexible schedules, approachable managers, and ample learning opportunities make it a rewarding and motivating place to work. The modern work environment and positive team spirit further enhance day‑to‑day experience.

Cons

Some processes can be improved for better efficiency, and communication across teams can occasionally take longer than expected. As the organization grows, clearer alignment on priorities and timelines would enhance overall execution.
