Ness is giving good opportunity for development along with training and mentorship. I met many good seniors who uplifted and provided guidance me in various ways. Leadership management is encouraging you to do some certifications related to your work which eventually add value to your profile. Ness is providing opportunity for WFH which is more flexible way of working.

Cons

Sometimes I feel job security is the issue, but if you have capability to prove yourself then you are good to go.
