Currently working in Ness Hyderabad from last 2 years. Its a good place to work and excel your skills with emerging technologies like Angular, React etc. Currently working on Safe agile and niche skills React, Micros front end development and amazon cloud. Ness has many clients across the world and Growing strongly. Policies in Ness are very useful like claiming certifications, medical, work from home etc. Regular updates happens on townhall , motivate employees with spot awards, quarterly and half-yearly awards as well Great thing - No variable pay all Fixed :)

Dont see any cons in my last 2 years. HR Team and Managers were always supportive.
