Ness invest in employees for learning opportunities where employees can learn and grow. 3. Ness has good perks as per skills and experience and it is as per market standards. 4. Ness offers employees multiple opportunities where employee can show their skills and earn extra perk via various modes like Hackathon, Internal trainer and other other awards and benefits. 5. Career opportunities and upskilling is best- Employee can change their career path (like QA to BA) while working the project. Ness helps for the same.
