Pros

Ness provides a fantastic learning environment with exposure to cutting-edge technologies and global clients. Teams are collaborative, and the work culture encourages innovation and ownership. Management is generally supportive and approachable, especially when it comes to career development or internal mobility. Flexible work options (hybrid/remote) are a big plus. Good work-life balance compared to many in the industry.

Cons

Salary growth can be moderate compared to top-tier firms; more performance-linked rewards would be appreciated. Internal processes and tools can sometimes be slow or outdated, especially for larger accounts. Limited visibility into strategic decisions at times — more transparency from leadership would help.

Pros

• Exciting opportunity working with KKR client as Salesforce QA • HR team is approachable and helpful in resolving queries • Healthy work-life balance with complete Work From Home (WFH) flexibility • No pressure to attend office, saving commute time and improving productivity • Employee-friendly gestures like gifts during annual occasions and Diwali

Cons

• Compensation is lower compared to market standards for similar roles • Recent discussions about introducing partial Work From Office (WFO) — this may increase commute burden for employees living far from office and reduce overall productivity

Pros

Lots of learning opportunities and growth opportunities in real projects, tech talks, mentorship... they have all the good stuff to keep sharpening skills and update yourself. I upskilled myself here while working on the projects parallelly. Supportive management: managers are approachable, gives useful feedback and actually help unblocking things instead of just asking for work status and updates. Work-life balance: It depends on the projects/customers you are assigned to but in my case, it is very healthy work life balance till now. I'm working in NESS from last 5 years. Positive work culture

Cons

This company is great for career acceleration in terms of upskilling, but you'll need to be comfortable stretching beyond your comfort zone often.
