      * Very good work life balance. * Always encourages the employees to up skills and also cross skill. * Helps the employees to do certifications like Azure cloud, Microsoft, Data bricks. * Team is always so helpful, encouraging and cooperative.

      Cons

      * Very less bench period, in case if we are moved out of project we need to get into another within 2 weeks else we may be moved out of the org.
