Started as a fresher in 2011 and it was one of tough company to get through in 2011, however they started loosing big clients. Personally I had good learning curve. Good work life balance.

No regular hikes 3 months notice period which can make v tough while quitting

Developers have decent salary,quick interview process.As a contract agency they have good reputation for paying salary on time.

Cons

No growth : virtually as a developer you are stuck at the same position for years of your lifetime. Most of the polices between contractor and actual company are vague.
