      Great work-life balance. The company respects your personal time and doesn't expect you to work long hours. You can maintain a healthy balance between work and life.

      Cons

      The company uses older technologies and doesn't keep up with modern tools. Most projects are small and not very challenging, which limits learning opportunities. Managers don't have strong technical backgrounds, so it's hard to discuss new technologies or improvements. When there are issues with clients, you don't get much support from management.
