Pros

- good work / free time balance - good salary package (but only senior level) - some nice projects where you can improve your skills

Cons

I think it's a little bit hard to get a promotion. Structure it's a bit odd, it's client-oriented, NESS doesn't have too many to say when something is asked from the client.
