      Good company but not good on bench policy

      - Worked with one of good supportive and genuine client. - Worked with knowledgeable leads here.

      Cons

      - Does not have any worth bench policy. They will release you if they don’t get any project in 15-20 days. - Not much scope for Business Analysts , as there are no good project which supports this role much. - If your rapport with client is good, manager wont even get on one-one call and ask about achievements , pain points etc.
