You will hardly complaint about work life balance. You have all freedoms to explore more on anything be it technical, social, client interaction, fun engagement and good technologies on some projects. The company provides PluralSight access to take courses on the technologies you wish for. The work culture is really good, you will love it.

Cons

I did not have option for home lunch box and eat canteen's food. Wait!!! did I mention canteen food? Ohhh yeah! most of the gov hospitals provide better food than this canteen. Otherwise, I have no cons about the company. Average hike irrespective of your performance like all other IT firms.
