Extra hours at client site not counted as regular hours and paid at less amount. Policy needs to be changed.

- No bench concept : if one of the EDC or your project will close , you need to give interviews in other EDC to find job

Started as a fresher in 2011 and it was one of tough company to get through in 2011, however they started loosing big clients. Personally I had good learning curve. Good work life balance.

Cons

No regular hikes 3 months notice period which can make v tough while quitting
