      Pros

      Place that non experience can find a decent job. A lot of jobs - if one project is ended there are open jobs inside the company and you can move The HR tries to help you find new place to work.

      Cons

      The advance ,salary-wise, is minimum - if at all. You need find new place the get a decent upgrade. very low incentive to stay at the company, at least for good people. salary,food and social wise If you dont sit in the main area of the company - you have nobody to ask about salary or social Qs - only by phone.

      I have given interview in ness and luckily got selected in the process .Interview process was quite interesting .I had 3 rounds two was technical and one managerial round .technical round was quite good .They asked many questions not only theoritical they asked some practical scenarios also .Overall it was a very good round.

      Good interview process and transparency in policies. Salary is fixed no variable.

      I dont find any as i have not joined this company.But i got to know they dont have any decided revieq cycle it depends on higer management every year. NO bus service.
