      Pros

      Secure and steady job, decent and comfortable work area, with promotion opportunities. Emphasis on after-work activities. All in all a good experiance.

      Cons

      Management is somewhat non-personal, due to the very large company size. Striving to achieve sometime comes in expence of personal interest.

      Pros

      My view might be biased sinced I was part of the company acquired by Ness which had quite a different culture. But for a seasoned pro without high ambitions thee company might be still a good option.

      Cons

      Programmers had to buy hardware (monitors) by themselves if they wanted to have decent working conditions. No bonuses - allegedly due to crisis, which seemed to be a good excuse for managers to treat people bad.
