      Freshers please don't join this company

      Pros

      No pro as the company has nothing good in it.

      Cons

      Everything is con. They hire freshers for very minimum salary and ask to sign bond for 2.5 years. In these 2.5 years there will be no hike and they know you can't leave since you are in bond as well as you are a fresher and you will need relieving letter. But they use you for any kind of work and bill their client like anything. Fresher is main source of income for these ppl.

      Pros

      No pressure. Good work life balance. Flexible working hours. Friendly environment. Management is friendly and you can get leaves without any hassleful bargains.

      Cons

      Very few projects. Projects are not good also. Salary hike depends on client. Not a growing company. Everything depends on your client. No good learning opportunities.
