      May pay you good, depends on project they got in.

      Cons

      You can be asked to leave anytime project goes for a toss, as it is not a service company. BOT model mostly. HR can be unethical in stuff like your relieving date, salary cut, full and final settlement. Moreover communication from the ranks of VP can vary as per benefit to the company. So an employee needs to be very cautious.
