Pros

Kosher Pizza once a month. Great Holiday PArty - some really good people to work with

Cons

The owners are confusing. Talk a great game as if they are concerned about employees but unless you are family, they don't care about you at all. All about money.

Pros

There really are some good people that work here. Monthly free lunch and they do know how to throw a great holiday party

Cons

Way too much- first, any of these short positive reviews are written by the company. One owner is very quiet when it comes to dealing with employees and the other is just a degrading person who has to be the smartest person in the room. Has no problem telling Sales management to bail out of a client meeting, even if it is a formal presentation or a close, just because he may have a question that is on his mind at that moment. When I interviewed, and I heard the same from others- it was just bizarre when the one owner came in. Gave me the third degree about past salary at company I was at previously. Told me he had interviewed a number of people in the same role from past company that had told him their base was half of what I was telling him. And I knew that was completely false as we all came in with very similar bases. Also- in particular for your sales team. Treat them as professionals.

Pros

They throw a decent holiday party. Monthly kosher pizza lunch (that the owners are too busy to attend). There are some really talented people that are the glue keeping this company together.

Cons

Too many to list. No training...you are totally on your own. Lousy, and VERY expensive health benefits. Lots of empty promises relating to compensation and owners reserve the right to change it on a whim and negotiate ways to reduce commission/bonus payouts.

Pros

Most of the people are good, nice people. Some diversity. Holiday parties are usually good.

Cons

No upward mobility. Hard to get things done without many layers of approval. Salaries do not match industry standards. The benefits are not great. Some micromanagement.
