Way too much- first, any of these short positive reviews are written by the company. One owner is very quiet when it comes to dealing with employees and the other is just a degrading person who has to be the smartest person in the room. Has no problem telling Sales management to bail out of a client meeting, even if it is a formal presentation or a close, just because he may have a question that is on his mind at that moment. When I interviewed, and I heard the same from others- it was just bizarre when the one owner came in. Gave me the third degree about past salary at company I was at previously. Told me he had interviewed a number of people in the same role from past company that had told him their base was half of what I was telling him. And I knew that was completely false as we all came in with very similar bases.
Also- in particular for your sales team. Treat them as professionals.
