Fast paced, autonomy, generally positive place to work. Rapidly growing with good benefits and fair compensation.
Cons
Increasingly bureaucratic. Was a much better place to work a few years ago. Run like an 8000 person start up and VERY silo-ed with a poor systems infrastructure. Little opportunity for true career advancement. Culture turning into a caste system of haves and have-nots.
Way too much politics, especially weird in a company that promotes itself on not being political. Quite the opposite is true.
The term "work life balance" has no real meaning.
Highly collaborative
Really good people
Approachable senior management
Positive environment
Very good communication
Makes you want to come to work
Cons
Need more flexibility on telecommuting...some parts are a little old-school
Lots of pressure to do a lot with few people
Development is too passively endorsed...it's about productivity
