      Grea bunch of dedicated employees who are trying to make a difference. Largest independent storage vendor. A very string cultural.

      Cons

      Very top heavy. Lack of inspirational leadership. Lot s of churn. Lack of an articulated execution plan against the vision laid out by the CEO.
