Similar to the downward trends for NetApp's revenue numbers, the quality of the company's front-to-mid line management is in serious decline. Most of the best leaders have already gone elsewhere, leaving managers that are complicit at best, but unfortunately more routinely, badgering, or incompetent, to handle the simplest of managerial duties. This can be specially noted on the Federal Civilian Team where recently there is an exodus of talented individuals.
