Pros
Great culture, coworkers, environment. I actually like coming to work and interacting with my coworkers. I have a great boss and I feel like she takes what I have to say seriously and will seek my advice. I don't feel like there's a huge hierarchy here.
Cons
Sometimes leadership needs to work on having more clarity about the company's direction. They say they are being clear and tell us things, but it's all super high level.
